Venice Marketing srl (hereinafter "We" or the "Owner") pays great attention to the security and confidentiality of the Users' personal data.

Personal data will be processed electronically, including by entering and organizing databases on secure servers, in compliance with the provisions of the Code and the GDPR regarding security measures.

Who we can share your Personal Data with

Your personal data may be accessed by duly authorized collaborators, as well as external suppliers, appointed, if necessary, as data processors, who provide support for the provision of services.

If you are a User who has left your Personal Data to send a contact request to professionals, the data relating to the request and related information will be disclosed to professionals operating in the sector of your interest in order to be able to provide you with the requested contact. This communication is essential in order to be able to process your request.

Data storage

The retention period of personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the times prescribed by law.

Rights of access, cancellation, opposition, limitation and portability

Under certain conditions, the User has the right to ask us:
- access to your personal data
- the copy of the personal data that you have provided us (so-called portability)
- the correction of the data in our possession
- the cancellation of any data for which we no longer have any legal basis for processing
